A Warm Welcome awaits you at the Lawns Guesthouse and we hope that you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.

Our aim is to make your stay with us as relaxing and comfortable as possible. We have just upgraded to freeview digital Television in our lounge.

The house has a mixture of Family, Double & Twin Ensuite rooms.The bedrooms are furnished with Flat Screen televisions, hospitality trays and heating for all year round accommodation. There are also ground floor ensuite bedrooms available.

While we primarily operate on a bed and breakfast board only, an evening meal can be made available on request for an additional charge.

The Isle of Wight is an island of its own. Situated off the southern coast of England and separated by the Solent, this is the island that Queen Victoria and many other people have fallen in love with. The island boasts subtropical temperatures. Plants and flowers grown in abundance, with beautiful scenery and spectacular coastal views where there is always something to take your breath away.
